Muang Paeng Hot Spring

Muang Paeng Hot Spring (น้ำพุร้อนเมืองแปง) is located in the middle of a village called Ban Muang Paeng , close to Mae Ping Forest Ranger Unit. To get there you should start from the kilometer marker 85-86 and turn right into highway 1265.At the kilometer marker 24, cross Ban Muang Paeng bridge and turn left for another 2 kilometer, there you are at Muang Paaeng Hot Spring.

Muang Paeng Hot Spring is another intereating spot to visit. The large pond is situated right in the middle of the villager’s farm. Nevertheless, it is impossible to get down into this pond, for the temperature is as high as 95 degreecelsius. In cold season, tourists and local people love to come and relax around this pond to keep warm.
